CINDUS Suindus …Chindasvinto, a meeting point with history and modernity, the first step into the universe of the centenary Tinta de Toro discovering its authentic freshness, natural acidity, complexity and juicy fruit characters that describe the immense potential in the land of Kings, Visigoth Kings.
D.O Toro.
Colour: Bigarreau cherry red with attractive violet hues.
Aroma: fresh with a high concentration of fruit, highlighting the red fruits integrated with the delicate aromas provided by its 6 months in French oak.
Taste: Vibrant, with medium concentration and great expression of ripe and spicy fruit. Medium intensity and persistent on the palate thanks to its sweet and round tannins.
Origin: 40 and 60 year old goblet-trained vineyards with sandy loam soils in the low, cold areas of the San Román de Hornija Valley.
Harvest: Manual in small boxes of 18 kilos.
Vinification: Selection of bunches in the winery. Pre-fermentative cold maceration to preserve its intense red fruit. The skins are fermented at 24 to 26 ºC for 22 to 24 days. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and is then aged for 6 to 8 months.

Triens is synonymous with innovation and creativity in the history of the Old Continent, a Triente that defines the strength, power and infinite fruit character of Tinta de Toro, where you find in Legado de Orniz the elegance and perfect balance to discover an authentic expression of Terroir.
D.O. Toro.
Color: dark red with bluish reflections.
Aroma: intense fruity. Red fruits such as raspberries and cherries stand out, accompanied by delicate floral notes such as violets. Its aging in French oak defines soft aromas of vanilla and toast.
Taste: fresh and vibrant, with a medium concentration and great expression of fruits. Intense, unctuous and persistent in the mouth thanks to its balanced acidity, and its aging in French oak that gives it sweet and round tannins.
Origin: Vineyards managed in glass of 40 and 60 years with mainly sandy loam soils on the slopes (solanas) of the San Román de Hornija Valley.
Harvest: Manual in small boxes of 18 kilos.
Vinification: A selection in the winery of each cluster guarantees a perfect maceration and alcoholic fermentation that expresses all the fruit power of the centenary Tinta de Toro. For 26 to 28 days, precise control of extraction and temperatures define the aromatic intensity and roundness of its tannins, which integrate perfectly for 12 months in French oak barrels to create our perfect Toro wine.

Each year, the wisdom of time and legitimate persistence reveal a legacy printed on each Epitaph, where elegance, depth and consistency describe the personality of the centenary Tinta de Toro.
D.O. Toro.
Color: intense red with bluish reflections.
Aroma: subtle, complex and elegant, presence of berries, such as blackberries, raspberries and ripe sloes. Delicate notes of cocoa and toast define its high aromatic persistence.
Taste: intense and large volume, ripe and sweet tannins alternate harmoniously with the wood along with the contribution of freshness in the middle of the palate that concludes in a sensation of harmony, balance and great depth.
Origin: Vineyards managed in glass with more than 100 years in sandy soils and abundant boulders.
Harvest: Manual in small boxes of 16 to 18 kg.
Vinification: Its manually selected berries are cold macerated for 7 days. They carry out a delicate alcoholic fermentation, preserving the soft fresh notes and balancing the ripe fruits. Malolactic fermentation in barrels and subsequent aging for 12 months in French oak, make our Epitafio, a unique bull wine.

D.O: Toro
Color: intense red with garnet reflections.
Aroma: complex and concentrated with great fruit integration accompanied by spicy spices such as black and white pepper.
Taste: elegant, meaty, with great body given by a fair balance between acidity and silky tannins.
Origin: Old and exclusive vineyards with sandy loam soils and abundant boulders, in the high areas of the San Román de Hornija Valley.
Harvest: Manual in small boxes.
Vinification: Selection of clusters in the winery. Cold pre-fermentation macerations to preserve the high fruit concentration typical of the Tinta de Toro variety. Skins macerated and fermented between 22 to 24 ºC, for 25 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by aging in barrels for approximately 18 months and 24 months in the bottle.
