CINDUS Suindus …Chindasvinto, a meeting point between history and modernity, is the first step into the world of the century-old Tinta de Toro, revealing its authentic freshness, natural acidity, complexity, and juicy fruit notes that showcase the immense potential of the land of kings—the Visigothic kings.
Toro D.O.
Color: cherry red with attractive violet hues.
Aroma: fresh with intense fruit notes, featuring red berries that blend seamlessly with the delicate aromas imparted by its 6 months in French oak.
Taste: vibrant, with medium body and a rich expression of ripe fruit and spice. Medium intensity and a lingering finish on the palate thanks to its sweet, rounded tannins.
Origin: 40- and 60-year-old vineyards trained in the goblet style, with sandy loam soils in the lower, cooler areas of the San Román de Hornija Valley.
Harvest: Hand-picked and placed in small 18-kilo boxes.
Winemaking: Selection of grape clusters in the winery. Cold pre-fermentation maceration to preserve the intense red fruit flavors. Fermentation on the skins at 24 to 26 ºC for 22 to 24 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, after which the wine is aged for 6 to 8 months.

Toro D.O.
Color: dark red with bluish highlights.
Aroma: Intense fruitiness. Red fruits such as raspberries and sour cherries stand out, accompanied by delicate floral notes such as violets. Its aging in French oak imparts subtle aromas of vanilla and toast.
Taste: Fresh and vibrant, with medium body and a rich expression of fruit. Intense, smooth, and persistent on the palate thanks to its balanced acidity and aging in French oak, which gives it sweet, rounded tannins.
Origin: 40- and 60-year-old vineyards trained in the bush style, with predominantly sandy loam soils on the sunny slopes of the San Román de Hornija Valley.
Harvest: Manual in small 18 kilo boxes.
Winemaking: Each cluster is carefully selected in the winery, ensuring perfect maceration and alcoholic fermentation that bring out the full fruit intensity of the century-old Tinta de Toro grapes. Over the course of 26 to 28 days, precise control of extraction and temperature defines the aromatic intensity and the roundness of its tannins, which integrate perfectly during 12 months in French oak barrels to create our perfect Toro wine.

Each year, the wisdom of time and a steadfast determination reveal a legacy etched into every Epitafio, where elegance, depth, and consistency define the character of the century-old Tinta de Toro.
Toro D.O.
Color: deep red with bluish highlights.
Aroma: subtle, complex, and elegant, with notes of wild berries such as blackberries, raspberries, and ripe blackthorns. Delicate notes of cocoa and toasted flavors define its long-lasting aroma.
Taste: intense and full-bodied, with ripe, sweet tannins that blend harmoniously with the oak, along with a touch of freshness on the mid-palate, culminating in a sensation of harmony, balance, and great depth.
Origin: Vineyards trained in the bush style, over 100 years old, growing on sandy soils with abundant boulders.
Harvest: Hand-picked and packed in small boxes weighing 16 to 18 kg.
Winemaking: The hand-selected grapes undergo cold maceration for 7 days. A gentle alcoholic fermentation is carried out, preserving the soft, fresh notes and balancing the ripe fruit flavors. Malolactic fermentation in barrels, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak, make our Epitafio a unique Toro wine.

D.O.: Toro
Color: intense red with garnet highlights.
Aroma: complex and concentrated, with well-integrated fruit notes accompanied by spicy notes such as black and white pepper.
Taste: elegant and full-bodied, with a rich texture resulting from a perfect balance between acidity and silky tannins.
Origin: Old, exclusive vineyards with sandy loam soils and abundant boulders, in the upper reaches of the San Román de Hornija Valley.
Harvest: Hand-picked and placed in small crates.
Winemaking: Selection of grape clusters in the winery. Pre-fermentation cold maceration to preserve the high fruit concentration typical of the Tinta de Toro variety. The grape skins are macerated and fermented at 22 to 24 ºC for 25 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, followed by barrel aging for approximately 18 months and 24 months in the bottle. Selection of authentic, unique barrels…
