Preserving our centuries-old vineyards is crucial to maintaining the quality of the grapes and therefore of our wines. We know the importance of passing on to our descendants the natural treasure that has been given to us, that is why we implement sustainable practices in the management of our crops, such as the use of organic farming techniques, the conservation of our soils, water and the natural biodiversity of the area.
Sustainability is a daily and long-term commitment to our community and the environment.

The passion for quality in our vineyards and to make known to the public the great potential of the area has led us to a family dream for 4 generations in San Román de Hornija, until in 2015 we have carried it out with the construction of the family winery in a privileged place in the Valley, a high place where at first sight you can see all the characteristics and qualities of our terroir.
From the very beginning we have been very close to sustainability, so the construction was designed with a sloping roof to make the reuse of rainwater more efficient, slopes between different buildings help to work by gravity while maintaining quality, the entire winery is supplied with renewable solar photovoltaic energy, we also adopt technologies and practices that minimise the consumption and use of natural resources making the production process and the development of people more efficient.
